I am G. Velayutham, Founder of SS Real Estate.
My journey began in 2019, when I lost my job at the age of 40. With no opportunities, no successful business attempts, and my settlement amount almost running out, I decided to buy a piece of land just to protect my remaining money. When I sold it and reinvested, I discovered the strength and stability real estate can offer. Step by step, I learned the nuances of this field and built SS Real Estate as a company rooted in honesty, clarity, and genuine service.
As a land buyer in the past, I also faced bitter experiences. I once carried the same negative beliefs many people still have about the real estate industry.
We may not be able to change the entire industry, but we promise to give every single customer a positive, transparent, and trustworthy real estate experience—100%.
For us, true happiness comes not just from meeting our customer’s needs, but from fulfilling their wishes and dreams.
We are authorised real estate agent officially registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The registration number TN/Agent/0106/2023 allows you to verify the agent’s credentials on the official TNRERA portal.
Beyond real estate, we strongly believe in trust, relationships, and community service. Our founder is an active member of BNI and Rotary International. He also serves as an office bearer in Tamil Nadu Science Forum, reflecting our commitment to ethical business practices, community development, education, and social responsibility.
